Nutella Cake in 2 minutes

Hey, so it’s been a while since I posted. I’ve been so busy with school, and it’s the time of the year when most bloggers just quit posting or take a break, but I don’t want to do that, because I made a commitment, and I love blogging, and I know if you take breaks or shortcuts, it’s much harder to get back up. On a completely unrelated- but still very important note- it’s raining. It’s raining so hard, but the sound is so… relaxing. I’m sitting at my desk by the window, experiencing the soft cold wind, the beautiful rain smell, and the relaxing sound.

Anyways, so today I wanted to whip up a quick desert, and there’s this recipe I found that I wanted to try out, but I couldn’t at that time because one of the main ingredients was missing. Today I bought that main ingredient- nutella. So are you ready for something that’s basically going to be your breakfast/lunch/dinner from now on? You’re going to love it so much. So. Much. So much, that senpai will notice it. Senpai won’t notice YOU, but they will most definitely notice recipe. Sorry, but that’s just how it works. Okay? Okay.

Now you probably know the many, many, many, many, many ways you can enjoy Nutella. On a cracker, in a sandwich- or even just with a spoon. But think of something greater. Something that can change history. NUTELLA CAKE. In 2 minutes. Yes. Are you ready? Okay-

4 tablespoons self-rising flour

4 tablespoons sugar

1 egg

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons Nutella

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour ingredients in the largest mug you own.
  3. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (Depends on what microwave you have)
  4. When it’s finished and has cooled down a bit, add an extra dump of nutella on it, and then whipped cream.

Tell me if you try it out!

Enjoy this delicious and quick dessert!

Cooking with Chef Shadow- Strawberry Cheesecake

I just got 50 likes! This is a huge milestone for me, and I want to thank all my viewers!! Tysm!! ❤

Do you like cheesecake? Well, here’s the ULTIMATE Homemade Recipe for Cheesecake! Mix the filling ingredients, pour over crust and bake. No fancy water baths are needed!

I’m very lazy…I like to use mixes to bake. Today I used Betty Crocker Mix, because I’m very classic. 😛

Now, before I start, here’s what the back of the box looks like:

Click the picture to enlarge

Prep Time:
30 min
Total Time:
6 hr 45 min

  • 90 g Melted butter (Notice it says MELTED not Softened. If you use softened, it will be mixed in chunks. You need to let it dissolve.) About 6.3 tablespoons.
  • 400 ml milk (I recommend cold milk) About 1 3/4 cups.
  • Whisk (Can be electronic)
  • Wooden Spoon/Table Spoon for mixing butter and biscuit crumbs
  • One small and one large bowl
  • One baking dish (Note that this dessert does not need baking, though, so you CAN use a non-baking dish)

1. Mix the melted butter with the biscuit crumbs using a wooden spoon or table spoon. Don’t use an electric mix, as we want to keep the biscuity texture.)

Ultimate Cheesecake

 2. Spread the mix on your dish. Cool for 15 mins in the refrigerator.

3. Mix 400 ml cold milk with the pudding mix.

4. Spread on the biscuit mix.

5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

6. Spread topping. (Strawberry/Blueberry)

Enjoy your cheesecake!

How to- Chef Shadow’s Delicious Rolled Sugar Cookies

This tutorial is going to show you how to bake delicious rolled sugar cookies! Before we start the tutorial, let me tell you a little story:

I made my first batch of sugar cookies last week, and I liked them a lot, so I decided to share the recipe with you! I was Googling some good recipes, and I found a great one, which was for Rolled Sugar Cookies. They are called that because they are ‘rolled’ with a rolling pin so you can use cookie cutters. I used stars and hearts! The recipe I found was for 5 dozen, which was way too many cookies (who am I kidding, you can never have to many cookies) because 12×5= 60 cookies

Then I decided to try my OWN recipe. This recipe that I made. If you do decided to post this recipe on your blog, please give credits, or re-blog this.

Let’s get started!

1 egg
1/3 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup sugar (add a little more if desired)
Few drops Vanilla essence (about a teaspoon)
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Optional- About 1/3 cup milk if needed

Wash your hands before you start

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees F)

2. In a medium bowl, mix all your dry ingredients. Soften your butter, and do what I do- I just cut out the piece I need, put it in a microwave safe bowl and then leave it in there for 30 seconds, as you do not want it completely melted.

3. After the try ingredients, mix the wet ingredients together.

4. Next, mix all the ingredients together. Then, after mixing, roll the dough with a rolling pin. Finally, use the cookie cutters to cut cute shapes, and put them in the oven. You don’t need to grease the pan you will use. And remember to place cookies 1 inch apart on your cookie sheet.

NOTE: If you feel like the cookies will be too sticky, you can grease it. I prefer not to.

5. And in 6-8 minutes, your delicious cookies will be done! Cool completely.

Note: Don’t roll the dough too thick, because it will thicken inside the oven,

Tip for frosting: Make it fairly thin, as if your ‘painting’ the icing on the cookies with a pastry brush. Thin enough to spread easily but not so thin that it just makes your cookies wet and runs off.

That’s about it! Hope you enjoyed this tutorial, and thanks for reading!

Cooking With Shadow: How to make a Coke Float

So in case you didn’t know I’m Chef Shadow Sparkle right now! *Puts on chef cap*

Okay! Today this is a perfect drink for summer!( Even though it’s not, summer, it’s pretty hot right now) I call this the ‘Ice Shaker’. So it’s basically a Coke Float, and it’s really easy to make! Let’s get started!

Preparation Time: 2-8 minutes.

First you should gather your ingredients! You will need:

  • Coke (Pepsi or Coca Cola) Basically, any soda will do. (Root beer, Sprite, Fanta, Mountain Dew…)
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Ice Cream Scooper
  • Straws
  • Cup or Glass

We all know how much Pepsi is against Coca Cola and how much Coca Cola is against Pepsi. And if you didn’t know, Mike and Ike is now either ‘Ike’ or ‘Mike’!!! OMG, that’s JUST WEIRD!! (I’m Team Ike by the way!) If you want a post about that, you can comment down in comment section below….

Let’s get started!♥

Step 1: First grab a cup or glass. Remember, this drink will be a little fizzy, so you might want to use a longer glass, rather than a plastic cup. Using your ice cream scoop, scoop about 2 scoops in your glass. You can do this recipe in a blender as well, but the mixture will come out more as a yogurt, so I don’t recommend it. (But it’s a fun experiment!)

Step 2: Next pour Coke into the glass. It doesn’t matter which soda you use. My  recommended beverages are Coke, Sprite and Root Beer.

Step 3: Put a straw in. You can put a plain straw, or use these really fancy ones you can get at Target, Wall-mart, etc. (No mixing is required!)

Step 4: DONE!!! Enjoy your fizzy, tasty drink!

Fun Fact: BTW, I tried my first Coke Float at McDonald’s. Yum.

It’s super easy, super quick! Try it out, and tell me how it went down in the comment section below! Try Root beer Float as well, exactly the same process, just different beverage!
